Delivery

Once your payment has cleared and your order has been accepted, we will process your order for delivery. You will then receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

If you have placed your order before 2pm on a weekday, your order will usually be dispatched the same day and will be sent to you with next delivery service. If you placed your order after 4pm on a weekday or over the weekend, it will be processed the next available weekday.

Please note that items will not be despatched over the weekend or on UK bank holidays.

United Kingdom

Europe

AUGUST&PIERS offer the following shipping options on EU orders:

International delivery, tracked & signed, 5-7 working days

Albania, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Channel Islands, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey and Ukraine.

From 01/01/2021, there may be additional taxes and duties that are not included in the shipping rates at checkout when shipping to countries within the EU.

AUGUST&PIERS does not take responsibility for any customs fees or charges for EU orders. These customs charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

International

AUGUST&PIERS offer the following shipping options for international orders:

Please remember that if you order products to an international delivery destination, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are applied when the delivery reaches its destination. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges.

Returns Policy

If you change your mind about your purchase please let us know via email. We request that the items should be returned to us, unused and within the original packaging within 14 days of purchase and we will offer you an exchange, credit or a full refund.

This does not affect your usual consumer rights, including your right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed. The cost of returning any item is at the Customer's own expense.

The only exception to this is if the item is faulty or was sent by us in error.
We recommend that you return items via registered mail so that you have proof of dispatch in case the item is lost.

Please ensure you have sufficient insurance cover especially when returning valuable products. We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit. Any import duties that may arise for shipping and returned items will need to be covered by you.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging for resale, which must not be used as the outer packaging for your mailing purposes.

Returns must be notified to us in advance via email, with the explanation of the reason for the return. Do not send goods without our prior knowledge.

Damaged Items

If your item(s) arrive damaged or broken, please email us with photo evidence within 48hrs, our standard Returns Policy is 14 days.

Christmas Returns & Exchanges

We offer extended returns and exchanges on Christmas gifts. All usual terms apply however we will extend the timeframe for items purchase before 15/11 up until 24/12 to the 14th January.
